Nuit Blanche

5 June–6 June 2027

A free all-night trail of contemporary art across Paris, on Saturday 5 June 2027.

Nuit Blanche fills Paris with free contemporary art for one night, with installations, exhibitions, concerts and performances in museums, parks, churches and streets across the city. It now takes place in early June, and the 2027 edition is on Saturday 5 June, running into the early hours of Sunday. The artists and locations change every year, so wait for the official programme, then pick one or two neighbourhoods rather than trying to cross the whole city. Public transport stays in service through the night, which makes it easy to plan your own route and get home late. The event began in Paris in 2002 and has since spread to other French cities and European capitals. Wear comfortable shoes and carry water: you will walk a long way.
