About Prague

Prague's historic core is compact and photogenic. Cross Charles Bridge at dawn, before the crowds, and climb to Prague Castle while the light is soft. Then step away from the Old Town crush: Vinohrady's leafy streets and wine bars, Žižkov's no-nonsense pubs, and the Letná beer garden with its view over the Vltava's bridges. On Saturdays, join locals at the Náplavka farmers' market on the riverbank. Pilsner is poured fresh and cheap almost everywhere, so pace yourself.
